ALLMI Lorry Loader CPC Course
Course Content
The ALLMI Operator course consists of 15 modules and is either 1 or 2 days in duration (depending on whether the candidate is a novice or experienced operator). Both the 1 and 2 day courses culminate in a written and practical examination. ALLMI is notified (by the instructor) of all courses in advance of the training taking place (via ALLMI’s online registration system), so that unannounced instructor audits can be carried out.
Assessment
The assessment process is set by ALLMI and administered by the instructor. It consists of 2 theoretical assessments and 1 practical. The theoretical assessments consist of a set of core multiple choice and ‘open’ questions, as well as questions which relate specifically to the crane attachment being used. Practical assessment is designed to identify whether the candidate has the appropriate practical skills to operate a lorry loader safely and efficiently.
